All of our properties are periodically inspected to maintain them to a high standard, replacing furnishings, equipment and accessories that have reached the end of their life. You will receive a report with photos and pricing options for repair or replacement.
Generally speaking we find the majority of our guests take great care of the properties they stay in. Should any damage be incurred, the process is simple, we identify the damage, take photos, make the necessary repairs and/or replacement and process the claim with the listed site or the guest directly.
